Apostle Huldah Kamanga’s 60-day prayer and fasting programme is underway, with believers on Wednesday, November 4, entering the fourth day of the spiritual exercise.
Kamanga, of Fountain of Hope Ministries International Church, launched the programme on November 1 under the theme “60 Days of Fire”, which will run until December 31.
The programme brings together believers to pray, fast and seek God’s intervention in their lives as they prepare to enter 2027.
At the beginning of the fasting period, Kamanga took to her official Facebook page, where she called on people to join the spiritual exercise.
“60 days starts now..Are you fighting with us? Establish us oh Lord! Arise and frustrate our enemies,” she posted
The prayers are based on Psalm 40:1-3, a biblical passage that speaks about waiting on God for help, being lifted out of difficult situations and having one’s feet placed on firm ground.
In announcing the programme, Kamanga said the prayer season was for those trusting God to intervene in their challenges and establish them on a firm foundation.

She expressed hope that participants would overcome their difficulties before the end of the year and enter 2027 with confidence.
The programme follows her recent three-day prayer crusade at Mbayani Primary School Ground in Blantyre, held under the theme “Recover It All”, which attracted large crowds.
Beyond preaching and evangelism, Kamanga is involved in charity and community development through the Apostle Huldah Foundation and Huldah’s Global Foundation.
The initiatives support vulnerable people through feeding programmes, school uniforms, scholarships and vocational training for young people.
Her other activities include prison outreach programmes and projects aimed at improving facilities at public institutions, including police stations.
In August 2026, the Apostle Huldah Foundation awarded a K20 million scholarship to a student from Lilongwe to support his five-year university education.

Her foundation has also pledged K58 million towards the treatment of breast cancer patients over the next year as part of efforts to improve access to treatment and promote awareness.
