Msaka Reaffirms DPP Strength in Eastern Region

Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Vice President for the Eastern Region Bright Msaka says the party remains strong in the region, with significant support at grassroots level.

Msaka, who is also Minister of Education, Science and Technology, made the remarks in an interview with Balaka Community Radio.

He said the DPP continues to strengthen its structures and engage communities across the Eastern Region to consolidate its support base.

“The Eastern Region has become DPP’s stronghold and continues engaging people and strengthening our party structures,” said Msaka.

Msaka said sustained engagement with grassroots supporters remains key to maintaining the party’s connection with communities and responding to their concerns.

He also emphasised the need for unity among DPP members, saying this is important for effective coordination of party activities and maintaining its strength in the region.

Msaka has since urged DPP supporters across the Eastern Region to remain united, committed and actively involved in party activities.

His remarks come as political parties continue to mobilise supporters and strengthen grassroots structures ahead of forthcoming political activities.
